Run Rock Nashville - 5K and Music Festival

Welcome to the ROCKIN'st 5K on the PLANET!

We support local music by hiring local bands to come out to support you as you run the best and most dancy 5k on the planet! This 5k course is lined with electronic music to pump you up and keep you running to the beat. Stop and dance to your favorite DJ with your friends, watch the sunset or just let the music push you to run the 5k in a flash! Our lights, sound and energy help keep you motivated and rockin through the course!

The finish festival will feature the hottest local bands and a beer garden for you to keep the cardio party going all night long! RunRock is the World's BEST evening 5k run/walk experience, where the participants are an integrated part of the show. Featuring local bands in each city, RunRock seeks to support local artistry in a healthy and drug-free environment.

Participants are encouraged to join in by nominating their favorite local bands
in each city and then by coming out and lighting up with glow sticks, LEDs and
anything else they can find to show some ROCKIN LOVE! You can purchase glow items at check out and nominate your favorite band, DJ or artisit at www.therunrock.com

5k starts at 8pm

Dance party goes until 10pm in the Public Square area.

Any family, friends or supporters who want to take part in the MUSIC portion and NOT the run must purchase a MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET for $15. No exceptions and these will be $20 day of the event so don't hesitate and expect to be admitted to see the music if you haven't paid an entry!
